    今天,尚层装饰设计为大家介绍的业界奇观是位于重庆市北部新区的宝马展厅。这个展厅充满了现代工业化的金属感以及色彩运用的未来感还有线条变化带来的运动与流线感,应该说非常棒的体现了宝马的精神。这次的作品出自Crossboundaries(北京科罗思邦建筑设计公司),这也是Crossboundaries设计建成的第4个宝马零售店。
    Today, it is floor decoration company to introduce the new district in northern chongqing BMW showroom. The hall is full of modern industrial metal feeling and the sense of the future use of color and movement of line change and streamline feeling, it should be said that the great spirit of BMW. This works from Crossboundaries (Beijing Luo Sibang architectural design firm), which is the fourth BMW Crossboundaries design store.

     在这里,我们成都尚层装饰公司地址需要花费一点小段落介绍一下与宝马有过多次合作的Crossboundaries。也方便大家更好的理解他们的设计。crossboundaries architects/科罗思邦建筑师事务所是一个年青的,在北京/柏林注册的建筑师事务所。其成员主要为中国和德国建筑师组成。正如Crossboundaries architects的含义是跨越边界的建筑师,这个年轻的团队发展策略即是将专业设计经验与中国数千年文化传承以及当前时代变迁的脚步结合在一起,以期能够重新诠释新一代建筑设计的定义。
     Here, we need to spend a small paragraph to introduce Crossboundaries there have been a number of cooperation with BMW. Also help you better understand their design. Crossboundaries architects/Luo Sibang architects is a young, registered in Beijing/Berlin architects. The young team development strategy is to professional design experience with China for thousands of years of cultural inheritance and the current time together, the pace of change, in order to be able to interpret the definition of a new generation of architectural design.

     接下来,走进这个团队创作的重庆宝马展厅。在这个总面积达到20,000平方米的建筑里,Crossboundaries本次负责设计的4800平方米中涵盖了两大区域——为公众而设的销售和客户关系区,囊括了诸如生活方式馆、休闲区、办公室、咖啡厅、电影院和儿童游乐区在内的功能。
     The new BMW store in Chongqing’s New North Zone is the 4th built BMW dealership store designed by Crossboundaries.  Of the dealership’s 20,000 sqm, Crossboundaries designed the public area of 4,800 sqm: sales and customer relations, cars and lifestyle showcase, lounge, office, café, cinema and children area.

     在空间和功能里流动的轨迹模式
     Pattern That Flows Through Space and Functions
     由车辆疾驰的轨迹出发,Crossboundaries提炼出线形图样,并且运用到整个建筑里。
     Crossboundaries extracts a trail pattern from the speed of cars and applies it throughout the building.
 
别墅设计


      接待处后的特色墙宛若汽车车头的散热格栅。其定制的扭转金属条通过缝隙开口,吸引到访者前往品牌车辆展示区。通过对室内不同功能高度的分析而提炼形成的线型图案,使贯穿整体空间内的设计语言。依据这个设计语言,木质和金属的水平线在空间内流动,最终与不同的功能融合——衍变成台面,矮墙或者展示架。这些轨迹与访客并行,在室内平稳连贯地行走并使各空间保持关联性。
      Behind the reception is a feature wall resembling car grills, with custom-made twisted metal slats luring visitors to the brand space through its dynamic openings. The trail lines are aligned with the heights of different functions. They flow from space to space to serve the required needs – becoming a counter top, a podium or a shelf – creating smooth and coherent transitions along visitors’ movement in the building.

     这个轨迹图案更延展到多功能展示柜。柜上偶尔置入了白色的嵌板和开口。这些展示柜既能作为独立的功能空间背景幕,同时其开口也赋予空间之间视觉连贯性。因此,在保留空间独立的前提下无需通过隔断而牺牲开放度,
     The pattern spreads subtly to the wooden shelves with white panels and openings. While the openings give a strong visual connection between spaces, the shelves create a backdrop for each space, where functions are clearly defined, without sacrificing openness.

 
美式卧室设计

 
     在展示区,Crossboundaries把地面稍稍抬高,同时略微降低由背部引亮的天花板,以此压缩空间。这样就更好地从远处吸引访客前往展示区,并引导其目光关注在展示产品上。
     Display areas are compressed, which hold passerby’s gazes on products showcase and attract people to hover around. This is done by raising the floor and lowering a back-lit ceiling.
 
美式儿童房装修设计
 

     秉承宝马为其销售厅的视觉定位,设计通过材料和色彩,划分品牌展示和客户服务两种不同功能。
     Following BMW’s visual identity for its dealership stores, the design creates clear distinction between corporate showcase and customer service, each with a specific material and color palette.

 
 美式儿童房设计
 
     在首层,抛亮金属和光滑平面张扬着宝马行业领先地位和企业形象。楼上的两个夹层,是为车主和VIP客户而设的区域。与首层强烈的品牌定位相反,夹层选用了更为柔和的木质材料,为客户提供更舒适、私密的氛围。
     Polished metal and glossy surfaces on the first floor boast BMW’s industry leadership and corporate image. On the two mezzanine floors above are areas reserved for the brand’s car owners and VIP. Contrary to first floor’s strong brand identity, the mezzanines use a warmer material as wood for a secluded, high value atmosphere that set people at ease.

 
豪宅设计案例
 
     虽然仅仅负责空间的室内设计,但是Crossboundaries凭着其敏锐的空间洞察力在首次视察场地后决定重新规划两个主楼梯的位置,使得中庭更加开阔。这一 举动加强了访客对空间的印象,从而使他们对宝马销售店有更完整的体验。
     Although only responsible for the space’s interior design, Crossboundaries’ analysis provoked changes to the architecture and relocated two main staircases, allowing a completely open void within the space. This gesture intensifies visitors’ first impression of the space, thereby allowing them to have a complete experience of the BMW store.
